Villa Golden Bay is an elegant 3 bedroom property located in a quiet area of Albufeira, ideal for families or groups seeking comfort, privacy, and a memorable stay in the Algarve. With a modern and welcoming design, this villa has been carefully created to provide relaxing and enjoyable moments. The living room is spacious and bright, offering an inviting atmosphere to unwind after a day at the beach or to enjoy quality time with family and friends. On the ground floor there is a guest bathroom, providing added convenience for everyday use. On the first floor the villa features three bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed en suite with a shower, while the other two bedrooms have two single beds each and are supported by a bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring comfort and practicality for all guests. The kitchen is fully equipped, offering everything needed to prepare meals with ease and enjoy pleasant moments at home. Outside, the property features a leisure area with a BBQ and spaces perfect for relaxing under the Algarve sun. The villa also includes a heatable pool (extra cost), ideal for making the most of your stay at any time of the year. Located close to beaches, restaurants, and services in Albufeira, Villa Golden Bay combines tranquility with excellent proximity to the main attractions, making it the perfect choice for an unforgettable holiday in the Algarve. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost). Pool heating is always an added value for your holiday, especially when traveling with children. When the pool heating is activated, the water temperature will always be 5ºC to 8ºC higher than it would be without heating. Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed. Group deposit: € 200 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests From the 7th to the 9th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
