Townhouse Aldeia do Golfe is an elegant holiday home located in a prestigious area of Vilamoura, ideal for families or groups looking for comfort, privacy and a peaceful Algarve getaway. The open plan living and dining area is spacious and filled with natural light, creating a welcoming setting for relaxing and social moments throughout the day. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and an en suite bathroom with shower, offering a practical and comfortable solution, especially for guests who prefer easy accessibility. On the first floor there is a bedroom with two single beds and an en suite bathroom with bathtub, providing a more private and pleasant atmosphere. This level also includes a second bedroom with two single beds and a guest bathroom, ensuring greater flexibility and comfort for different group arrangements. The kitchen is fully equipped, functional and practical, designed to make meal preparation easy during your stay. Outside, the property features a private terrace with a lounge area and outdoor dining space, perfect for enjoying the Algarve climate. Guests also have access to a shared swimming pool, ideal for relaxing and making the most of sunny days. The property is just 5 minutes from Praia da Falésia and Vilamoura’s renowned golf courses, and approximately 8 minutes from the marina, where you will find a wide selection of restaurants, bars and shops. The location offers the perfect balance between tranquility and proximity to key attractions. The changeover day for this property is Saturday (however, there may be flexibility in low season). If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not match the property's changeover day, please send us an inquiry before booking to confirm if your dates can be accommodated. This property is self-catered. For your convenience, welcome food baskets can be booked in advance (additional cost). Renting a car is not essential for your stay, given the property’s location. However, if you wish, we will be happy to assist with the car rental. We can also arrange transfers if needed. Group deposit: € 175 per guest (payment by credit/debit card). Please note that the occupancy for this property is 6 guests From the 7th to the 9th guest, an additional fee will be charged, which includes additional beds. In accordance with current legislation, tourist taxes may apply.
